• Ideal inside radius to be same as material thickness. Example: For 0.125” thick Material, ideal inside radius will be 0.125”.

• Minimum thickness = 0.020” thick

• Maximum thickness = 0.500” thick

• Minimum part size = 1.000” x 1.000”

• Holes , edges and cutouts close to Bend lines will Distort in the bending process.

• Witness marks from the bending process will be visible and can become more noticeable depending on the material. (Please inform us if parts are cosmetic)

• Bend reliefs might be required depending on part design.

• Typical tolerances:

• Part Size +/-0.010”

• Angle +/-1 Degree
