What you can order online.
Laser cut, waterjet cut and bent parts all start with the same upload. If our system can't price a job on its own, an estimator reviews it and sends you a custom quote, typically within 24 hours.
Priced instantly online
- Laser and waterjet cut parts in the materials, thicknesses and part sizes the quote lets you select.
- Bent parts from a STEP model. The portal reads the bends for you, so there is no flat pattern to draw.
- Operations you pick, such as tapping and countersinks, each listed on the quote line.
- Standard tolerances. We hold ±0.010″ on profiles and ±0.005″ on holes for parts up to 24″ × 24″.
Sent for a custom quote
- Hardware insertion, such as press in nuts, studs and standoffs.
- A material, thickness or finish the quote does not list.
- Tighter tolerances, a critical bend radius, unusual forming, machining or special inspection.
- A PDF that conflicts with the CAD file, or a drawing with no CAD file at all.
Files that price the first time.
Most held instant quotes come from a file the portal could not read cleanly. Three habits prevent that.
STEP for bent parts
A STEP file keeps the true shape and scale, so the portal takes every bend straight from the model. Never send a formed part as a DXF.
DXF only when it's flat
Export at 1:1 with just the finished cut geometry. Strip out dimensions, title blocks, notes, center marks and duplicate lines.
One part per file
Upload each unique part on its own, never as a nested sheet. For an assembly, put every part in one quote so price, lead time and shipping stay together.
You'll find every rule on the file guidelines page. Our walkthrough on exporting a clean STEP or DXF covers SolidWorks, Fusion 360 and Onshape. Attach a PDF if a tolerance or callout can't live in the model.

Cost and date shown before you pay
Standard, Priority and Rush shipping, and shop pickup hours, are on the ordering and nationwide shipping page.
Prices for one part or a full run.
There is no minimum order. One prototype goes through the same upload, price and checkout as a production run, so you buy only the parts you need.
Quantity usually changes the price per part, so try two or three quantities before you pick one. Prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping or applicable tax.
Use the price as a design tool
- Compare materials on the same part, such as 5052 against 6061 aluminum.
- Prove the design first with one piece, then requote the production quantity without starting over.
Online sheet metal fabrication from one shop.
Flat parts are cut on our waterjet or laser. Formed parts go to the press brake for bending. A job with several steps runs as one sheet metal fabrication order, with one quote and one lead time.
Waterjet Cutting
Cold cutting with no heat affected zone, for plate up to 4.00″ thick and for plastics and composites.
Laser Cutting
Laser cut parts online, from sheet and plate up to 1.000″ thick, depending on the material.
Sheet Metal Bending
TRUMPF press brakes form bends up to 96″ long in material from 0.020″ to 0.500″ thick.
Tapping
UNC, UNF and metric threads cut in house, after forming.
Hardware Insertion
Press in nuts, studs and standoffs, priced on an estimator reviewed quote.
Deburring
Automated, orbital and manual deburring, so edges are safe to handle.

How fast do I get a price?
Right away for standard parts. Upload a STEP or DXF and the quote portal shows price and lead time options at any hour. Jobs that need a custom quote typically get one within 24 hours.
What files can I upload?
STEP, STP and DXF files. Send STEP for bent or three dimensional parts and DXF only for flat parts exported at 1:1. The file guidelines list every rule.
What if I don't have a CAD file?
Send a drawing, PDF or photo through the contact form, or call (800) 951-5127. An estimator reviews it and sends a custom quote, typically within 24 hours.
How do I pay for an online order?
By card at checkout in the quote portal, which is operated for ACP by Oroox. Stripe handles the card payment. Pricing needs no account, but placing the order does.
What is the lead time on online orders?
7 business days on instant quote orders and 14 business days on custom quotes. Expedited options run as fast as 3 business days or the next business day. The order cut off is 1pm ET.
Do you ship outside Massachusetts?
Yes, to customers across the United States. Shipping cost and ship date are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders to the Northeast usually arrive fastest.

Can I talk to a person before I order?
Yes. Call (800) 951-5127, Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm ET, or write to the team through the contact form. You reach the shop that makes your parts, not a call center.
