The standard we build to

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across this site. That covers things like keyboard operability, sufficient color contrast, text alternatives for meaningful images, visible focus states, and a skip link to the main content on every page.

What that looks like in practice

• Every page can be navigated by keyboard alone, including the menu, forms, and the Instant Quote upload flow.
• Text and background colors are chosen to meet the 4.5 to 1 contrast minimum for body text.
• Images that convey information carry descriptive alt text; purely decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
• Animation tied to scrolling and page transitions respects your operating system's reduced motion setting.
• A skip to content link is the first stop for keyboard and screen reader users on every page.

Known limitations

The live Instant Quote portal and the customer review widget on this site are operated by outside vendors, Oroox and Featurable. We ask that they meet the same standard, but we do not control their code directly. If either one gives you trouble, contact us and we will help you complete your quote or order another way.

If something does not work for you

Tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened. We will fix genuine barriers and, in the meantime, help you get what you need another way, by phone, email, or a manually prepared quote.
