What's your standard deburring finish?
Burr free parts with sharp, safely handled edges. That is the default finish. It does not create a measurable edge radius on its own, that has to be called out separately.
What deburring methods do you use?
Automated edge deburring for parts up to 47″ wide, orbital finishing for a blended or cosmetic finish and larger parts, and manual deburring for plastics, composites, and delicate features.
I need a specific edge radius or cosmetic finish. Can you do that?
Yes, but it needs its own callout. Our standard deburr breaks edges for safe handling; a specific radius or directional finish is a separate spec, see the deburring guidelines for how to call it out.
