Waterjet cut aluminum frame with in house tapped holes at ACP Waterjet in Littleton, MA Tapped in Littleton, MA
Why In House

Threads without the detour.

Most shops cut your part, then make you find someone else to thread it. At ACP, tapping happens on the same floor as cutting and forming, one purchase order, one lead time, one point of accountability.

  • Standard tap sizes in metals we cut and form
  • Sequenced correctly, tapped after forming so threads stay true
  • Assembly ready parts, fasteners go straight in on arrival
What we support (standard):
  • UNC / UNF (inch) and Metric (M) threads
  • Through and blind tapped holes (blind holes require a thread depth callout)
Related: need countersunk holes for flush fasteners instead? That's handled the same way, in house, alongside cutting and forming. Mention it in your quote notes.
