How do I get a quote?
Upload your CAD file to the online quote portal to get instant pricing and lead times, and order laser, waterjet, and formed parts online in minutes. Custom quotes are typically returned within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. ACP has no minimum order quantities, from a single prototype to a full production run.
What if I need help with a quote?
Contact us anytime and a real person will help. Complex or multi process jobs get an estimator checked quote from the team.
What's the standard turnaround for parts?
7 business days on the online quote portal and 14 business days for custom quotes. Some materials and finishes may require a longer lead time. Your exact ship date is calculated in the quote portal and shown on screen before you check out.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes. Expedited options are available as fast as the next business day, and a 3 business day option.
What's the order placement cut-off time?
Our cut-off time is 1pm ET. Orders placed after 1pm move to the next business day.
Waterjet Cutting
What's the maximum thickness you can waterjet?
We cut materials up to 4.00″ thick.
Does waterjet cutting affect the material's properties?
No, waterjet produces no heat affected zone, so material structure remains intact.
Can you cut plastics and composites?
Yes. We waterjet a wide range of plastics, composites, and specialty materials, including G10 / FR4.
Laser Cutting
What materials can you laser cut?
Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and approved plastics like acrylic, Delrin, and Teflon. Maximum thickness varies by material, see the laser cutting guidelines for current limits.
How precise is your laser cutting?
Typical tolerances are ±0.010″ for part size and ±0.005″ to ±0.010″ for holes, depending on material thickness.
Sheet Metal Bending
Will my bent parts show marks?
Yes, witness marks from bending are visible and can be more noticeable on some materials. Let us know if a part is cosmetic.
What's the largest part you can bend?
Up to 96″ in length.
