Precision sheet metal fabrication under one roof.
Most parts need more than one process. Here they all happen in one building, so nothing ships between vendors. You follow one order and one ship date.
First we cut. The waterjet cuts plate up to 4.00″ thick with no heat affected zone, and the laser runs sheet and plate up to 1.000″, depending on the material. Both take parts up to 58″ × 118″. Not sure which your part needs? Compare the two.
Next, the flat blanks go to our TRUMPF TruBend 7036 and TruBend 1150 press brakes. They bend parts up to 96″ long in material from 0.020″ to 0.500″.
Then the same team taps threads, presses in nuts, studs, and standoffs, and takes off sharp edges. Powder coat, anodize, and plating come from vetted partners, and we manage the finishing on the same order.
How a part moves through the shop
Cut
Waterjet or fiber laser, cut from your STEP or DXF.
Form
Press brake bends to your drawing, on the closest available tooling.
Add operations
Tapping after forming, plus countersinks, part marking and hardware.
Deburr and finish
Edges broken by machine or by hand. Coatings through a partner.
Inspect and ship
Lots sampled to AQL 4.0, then shipped or held for pickup.
Rapid sheet metal prototyping that carries into production.
There is no minimum order. A single prototype goes through the same quote, schedule, and shipping as a production run, so you can move straight from prototype to production.
One part is a real order
Price a single prototype online at any hour and order the exact quantity you need.
Revisions without the wait
Upload the changed file, see the new price at once, and turn rev B into rev C in days.
Same shop for the run
First articles, small lots, and bridge runs all come from the same shop. Parts you have released reorder online.

Capabilities for sheet metal parts.
Standard limits by process. Anything beyond them gets a custom quote.
| Process | Thickness | Size | Standard tolerance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Waterjet cutting | 0.005″ to 4.00″ | up to 58″ × 118″ | Holes ±0.005″ · Profile ±0.010″ |
| Laser cutting | up to 1.000″, depending on material | up to 58″ × 118″ | Holes ±0.005″ · Profile ±0.010″ |
| Press brake bending | 0.020″ to 0.500″ | bends up to 96″ long | Flange ±0.030″ · Angle ±1° |
Aluminum
6061-T6 from 0.032″ to 1″ and 5052-H32 from 0.040″ to 1/4″. 5052 bends without cracking.
Stainless steel
304 from 0.030″ to 1/2″ and 316 from 16 GA to 1/2″. We cut, form, and tap both. 316 suits marine and medical parts.
Carbon and galvanized
Carbon steel from 24 GA to 1″ and G90 galvanized from 18 GA to 11 GA. Good for frames, guards, and panels.
Plastics and composites
Acrylic, Delrin, polycarbonate, and G10 / FR4 cut on the waterjet. Acrylic also cuts on the Kern CO2 laser.

Instant Quote or custom quote.
Standard parts get a price right away. Upload a STEP, STP, or DXF, pick the material, thickness, quantity, and added operations, and see the price and ship date before checkout. You do not need an account to see pricing.
Some jobs go to an estimator instead. That happens when a part needs hardware insertion, an unlisted finish, tighter tolerances, a critical bend radius, machining, special inspection, or a PDF that conflicts with the CAD file. Our Instant Quote vs custom quote guide lists every case.
| Order | Standard lead time |
|---|---|
| Instant Quote order | 7 business days |
| Custom quote | 14 business days |
| Expedited | 3 business days or next business day |
| Order cut off | 1pm ET |
Some materials and finishes may need a longer lead time.

Precision metal fabrication, inspected by the lot.
We sample every lot per ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, General Inspection Level II, AQL 4.0, unless your specification or contract calls for a different plan.
Put critical features and 100 percent inspection on the drawing. We quote them separately. Flag cosmetic faces too, because press brake bending leaves visible witness marks. Read the full quality and inspection standard.
Who we fabricate for.
Engineers, buyers and OEMs with files ready and a date that won't move.

Ask any shop these five questions. Here is how we answer them.
- How much is in house? Cutting, bending, tapping, countersinking, hardware insertion, and deburring. Finishing goes to vetted partners, and we manage it.
- What size and thickness? Waterjet to 4.00″, laser to 1.000″ depending on the material, parts to 58″ × 118″, bends to 96″.
- Which tolerances are standard? We hold ±0.005″ on holes, ±0.010″ on profiles, ±0.030″ on flanges, and ±1° on bend angles. They are published up front.
- How fast is the quote? Instant online for standard parts. Custom quotes typically come within 24 hours.
- How is quality checked? Lot sampling to AQL 4.0, General Inspection Level II.
Why one shop saves time
Split the work across three vendors and every handoff adds a quote, a purchase order, and a shipment. Custom sheet metal fabrication in one shop means one quote, one lead time, and one team to call.
We have been in business for 15+ years. We cut, form, and ship custom metal parts for engineers and fabrication teams across the US.
Standard parts can go through online sheet metal fabrication: upload, see the price, and pay without a sales call.
Common questions
Do you ship sheet metal parts outside Massachusetts?
Yes, to anywhere in the United States. Shipping cost and ship date show at checkout before you pay. Northeast orders usually get there first.
What is the lead time for fabricated parts?
7 business days on Instant Quote orders and 14 on custom quotes. Expediting cuts that to 3 business days or the next business day. Orders placed after the 1pm ET cut off start the next business day.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. One part is fine, and so is a full production run.
Can you make a single prototype?
Yes. It goes through the same quote and schedule as a production order, and a revised file prices again as soon as you upload it.
Can one order include cutting, bending, tapping and hardware?
Yes, all in the same shop. Options you can select in the Instant Quote price on the spot. Hardware insertion and unlisted finishes are priced by an estimator on a custom quote.
Which files should I send, and what if I have no CAD file?
STEP for formed parts, DXF at 1:1 for flat parts, one part per file, plus a PDF for tolerances. No CAD file? Send a drawing, PDF or photo through the contact form for a custom quote, typically within 24 hours.
How are fabricated parts inspected?
Lots are sampled per ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, General Inspection Level II, AQL 4.0, unless your specification calls for another plan. Critical characteristics and 100 percent inspection are quoted separately.
