Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to your information when you use acpwaterjet.com, request a quote, or place an order with ACP.

Information we collect
This website sets one small cookie of its own and uses Google Analytics, both described under Analytics and advertising below. Fonts are served from our own server rather than a font network, so loading a page does not report your visit to a font provider.
We receive information when you choose to give it to us:
- The contact form asks for your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you need and a description of your project.
- The quote portal asks for your CAD files and the details needed to price and place an order.
- Email and phone give us whatever you decide to tell us.
How we use it
To answer your question, quote your work, manufacture your parts and get them delivered. We also use it to keep the ordinary business records a manufacturer has to keep.
The contact form
The form on our contact page does not post to a server of ours. It opens your own email application with the message written out and addressed to Quotes@acpwaterjet.com, and you decide whether to send it. If you send it, we receive it the same way we receive any other email.
If you would rather not use the form, email or call us directly. It reaches the same people.
Your files and drawings
Your CAD files and drawings stay yours. We use them to quote and to manufacture your parts, and we do not share them outside the people and processes needed to do that work. If your project needs a signed confidentiality agreement before you send anything, ask us and we will handle that first.
Ordering and payment
Quoting, ordering and payment happen in our quote portal at order.acpwaterjet.com, which is operated for ACP by Oroox. No payment is taken on this website.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's own privacy terms. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the order it belongs to, rather than your full card number.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you:
- Order and shipping updates on work you have placed with us.
- Follow ups on a quote you asked for.
- Occasional news from ACP, only if you opted in to that separately.
You can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and your carrier's message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of getting a quote or placing an order.
We do not sell your mobile number and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Analytics and advertising
This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it — which pages get read, and which ad, search result or link a visit came from. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell one visitor from another. It measures pageviews and interactions on this site; we do not use it to identify you by name.
We also set one first-party cookie of our own, called acp_attribution, kept for 90 days and mirrored in your browser's local storage. It remembers where your first and most recent visits came from — for example a Google ad or a LinkedIn post — plus a random visitor number. When you open our quote portal or send a quote request, those labels travel along, so that if you become a customer we know which ad or channel deserves the credit. It contains no name, no email address, and nothing you type into any form.
We advertise on Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Links in our ads carry UTM tags and click IDs — labels inside the web address that tell us which ad a visit came from. If an order results, we report that conversion back to the platform the click came from, with the click's own ID and the order value, so its advertising system learns which ads lead to real work. We do not run Meta or LinkedIn tracking pixels on this website today; if we add one, we will update this page in the same release.
If you block cookies, everything on this site keeps working — quoting and ordering are unaffected.

Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only where it is needed to do your job, for example with a finishing partner or a freight carrier, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries, quotes and part files for as long as we are working with you, and afterwards as part of our ordinary business and manufacturing records.
Your choices
If you have contacted us and want to know what we hold, want it corrected, or want it deleted, write to Quotes@acpwaterjet.com and we will take care of it. This is usually a short conversation rather than a formal process.
Children
This is a business to business manufacturing site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
When what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. This page is meant to describe how ACP actually works.
