Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use acpwaterjet.com, request a quote, or place an order with ACP.
Last updated 15 August 2026.
Who you are dealing with
ACP Waterjet, legally ACP, Advanced Cutting and Processing, 170 Ayer Rd, Littleton, MA 01460, is a sheet metal fabrication shop offering waterjet cutting, laser cutting, sheet metal bending, and related added operations.
Quoting and ordering
Instant Quote pricing is generated automatically from the file you upload and the options you choose. It is an estimate until an order is placed and, where a job needs a person to review it, until an estimator confirms it. Custom quotes are prepared by hand and are valid for the period stated on the quote.
Placing an order is an offer to buy at the quoted price. We accept an order by confirming it, not merely by receiving payment.
Files and specifications
You are responsible for the accuracy of the CAD files, drawings, and callouts you submit. We manufacture to what the file and any accompanying notes specify. If a file is ambiguous or falls outside our published guidelines, we will contact you before we run the job, which can add to the lead time.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through our quote portal, operated for ACP by Oroox, with card payments handled by Stripe. Work generally begins once payment is confirmed.
Lead times and shipping
Lead times shown at quote time are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and can shift with material availability, order volume, or a needed file clarification. Title to your parts passes to you at the point they are handed to the carrier; risk of loss in transit is the carrier's, and we will help with a claim if a shipment arrives damaged.
Inspection and acceptance
Parts are inspected against our standard tolerances and, where you have specified them, your called out tolerances, per our Manufacturing Guidelines. Inspect your shipment promptly on arrival and tell us about a suspected defect or shipping error within 10 business days so we can make it right.
Cancellations and changes
A custom quote can be withdrawn or changed any time before you accept it. Once material has been cut or an outside process has started on your order, that portion of the job generally cannot be cancelled. Ask before you order if you need a different cancellation arrangement in writing.
Limitation of liability
Our responsibility for a job is limited to correcting, replacing, or refunding the affected parts. We are not responsible for indirect losses, like lost profits or a missed deadline on your own project, arising from a late or defective shipment.
Intellectual property
Your designs and files remain yours. We use them only to quote and manufacture your order, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Content on this website, including photography, illustrations, and copy, belongs to ACP and may not be reused without permission.
Changes to these terms
When how we work changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. The terms in effect at the time you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
