A fabricated part usually needs three or four steps. We do them in one shop: waterjet or laser cutting, bending on our TRUMPF TruBend 7036 and 1150 press brakes, tapping, PEM hardware and deburring as standard. Powder coat, plating and anodizing run through vetted partners, and we manage them on the same order.
For a bent part, send a STEP of the formed shape. We make the flat pattern from it, so the shop and your CAD agree. Bends run up to 96″ long, in material from 0.020″ to 0.500″ thick. More on sheet metal bending.
